Australia Awards in Indonesia is currently inviting applications for the Practitioners Exchange in Disarmament and Non-proliferation Policy Short Course. This course is designed to foster mutual understanding and promote collaboration between Australia and Indonesia in the fields of disarmament and non-proliferation policy.
The program consists of a two-week course held in Australia, along with two workshops conducted in Indonesia. It is tailored for 25 participants, primarily targeting Indonesian government officials ranging from Echelon 2 to 4 within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence, the Coordinating Ministry for Politics, Law and Security, the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment, the National Cyber and Cryptography Agency (BSSN), and the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas).
Women with disadvantaged backgrounds and people with disability are strongly encourged to apply.
The nominated candidates must submit the online application by 20 March 2024. Application links will be only provided to candidates nominated by the ministries that have received invitations to submit nominations.
