Are you a filmmaker eager to enhance your screenwriting and directing skills? The Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, through Australia Awards in Indonesia, invites applications from Indonesian film professionals for the ‘At the Forefront of Film – Screenwriting and Directing’ Short Course.
This creative course includes a two-week session in Australia and two workshops in Indonesia. It covers the fundamental principles of screenwriting and directing, offering participants various techniques for developing ideas, writing scripts for feature films, shorts, and other visual media, and directing their own or others' scripts. Additionally, there will be opportunities to showcase the Award Project at the Australian Embassy’s annual film festival, Festival Sinema Australia-Indonesia.
