Professor Timothy O'Loughlin’s Lecture on The theory of public value – a critical assessment
Timothy O'Loughlin, Professor of the Practice of Public Policy and Senior Director of Academic and Institutional Development at Carnegie Mellon University, was in Jakarta last March and gave a lecture to Australian alumni and Australia Awards Scholarships recipients on “The theory of public value – a critical assessment”.
