This competitive scholarship is offered by the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) in collaboration with Australia Awards in Indonesia, Universitas Brawijaya and Victoria University for the 2026–2028 academic years.

Begin a transformative academic pathway with one year of study at Universitas Brawijaya in Indonesia, followed by another year at Victoria University in Australia, and graduate with two masters degrees: Magister Ilmu Administrasi Publik and Masters of International Community Development.
