How can we thrive in high pressure work environments while maintaining our mental health and wellbeing? Join us for an insightful online lecture, ‘Thriving at Work: Mental Health and Wellbeing in High-Pressure Environments’, presented by Professor Lydia Woodyatt from Flinders University, on Friday, 20 June 2025, from 1:45pm to 4:00pm (Jakarta time).
In this session, participants will gain practical strategies for navigating the emotional and psychological demands of modern workplaces. Drawing from cutting-edge research in motivation, behaviour, and social psychology, Professor Woodyatt will explore how fulfilling basic psychological needs such as autonomy, competence, and connection can boost resilience, strengthen teamwork, and foster healthier, high-performing environments.
This lecture is open to the public, with graduates and scholars of Australian tertiary institutions from Indonesia especially encouraged to participate. Please RSVP via this link by Wednesday, 18 June, to confirm your attendance. Attendees will receive an e-certificate in recognition of their participation.
