Is the pandemic over, or will there be another wave? Now that vaccination access is increasing, infection rates are dropping and provinces are opening up, there are new things to think about: adjusting back to post-pandemic routines (and ditching our pyjamas), getting back into work in real life, commuting and driving our kids to school. To some of us adjusting back to pre-pandemic habits can be stressful. What about the uncertainty whether there will be another wave? In this eighth episode, our OzAlum Andi Baso Tombong, a lecturer at Hasanuddin University and Karina Negara, a young psychologist and co-founder of KALM Counselling share some tips for those of us needing a boost to get into the swing of things.
