Discovering Australia: A Day of Learning and Fun at CIFP 2024

The Australian Embassy’s booth at the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy (CIFP), held on 30 November at Kota Kasablanka, was a hub of energy, drawing visitors with a dynamic mix of educational insights and interactive activities.

In collaboration with Australia Awards in Indonesia, the Australian Embassy shared valuable information with thousands of attendees about studying in Australia. From exploring world-class universities to understanding Australia Awards Scholarships and Short Courses, visitors discovered pathways to achieve their academic and professional goals. The team eagerly answered questions about navigating the application process, scholarship opportunities, and life as a student in Australia.

The booth offered more than just information—it was alive with activities that celebrated the vibrant spirit of Australia. Visitors enjoyed iconic lamington cakes, spun the Wheel of Fortune, and competed in exciting Flash Card Games. Many left with smiles, souvenirs, and a newfound curiosity about Australian education.

Adding to the excitement, the Australian Ambassador to Indonesia, Ms Penny Williams PSM, and the Deputy Ambassador, Ms Gita Kamath, visited the booth and joined the festivities, creating memorable moments for attendees.
