Bergabunglah dengan Kuliah Kami tentang "Masa Depan Pekerjaan: Berbagi dan Menjamin Pekerjaan"

As AI and technological advancements reshape industries, will the future of work be a land of opportunity or a battleground for employment? How can governments and businesses ensure fair job distribution in an era of automation and rapid change?

Join us for an eye-opening online lecture, “The Future of Work: Sharing and Guaranteeing Work,” by Professor Rosalind Dixon from The University of New South Wales on Thursday, 10 April 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Jakarta time).

This lecture explores the urgent need for governments to proactively address these challenges. One key policy solution under discussion is a public “jobs guarantee”, designed to ensure equitable employment opportunities for all.

Additionally, the session will examine how governments and corporations can better redistribute work by incentivising flexible work arrangements. Through both traditional and innovative job-sharing models, work can be allocated more evenly, enhancing job satisfaction and fostering a more inclusive and sustainable workforce.

Navigating the complexities of the future job market, this lecture provides insights into practical strategies for achieving a more balanced and equitable employment landscape.

This lecture is open to the public, with graduates and scholars of Australian tertiary institutions from Indonesia especially encouraged to participate. Please RSVP using this link on Tuesday, 8 April, to confirm attendance. Attendees will receive an e-certificate in recognition of their participation.
