Applicants must submit with their application all relevant supporting documents listed in the Scholarships Policy Handbook.
Applicants must also provide the following essential documents to meet the specific requirements for Indonesia. If at least one essential document is not provided, your application will be automatically rejected:

1 Applicants must attach a certified DIIl degree certificate/transcript if using a DIV or S1 extension certificate/transcript.
2 The IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE result must be valid on 1 January 2026. The test date must be no later than 1 January 2024. No other English-language test results (including the TOEFL prediction test) will be accepted.
3 Masters by Research should provide two academic referee reports. Masters by Coursework should provide one academic referee report. A template for the preferred report format can be downloaded here.
4 Masters by Coursework should provide at least one other referee report (e.g. a work/organisation supervisor). A template for the preferred report format can be downloaded here.
5 The Nominating Agency Declaration document can be downloaded here.
6 Must be certified by the official records department of the institution/university that originally issued the document/s, or a notary.
