Apply Now for the Split-Site Masters Scholarship Program in English Language Education and TESOL - Cohort 10

Are you a lecturer, education professional, staff member, or alumnus within the Ministry of Religious Affairs seeking to advance your expertise in English language education through an international postgraduate programme? Applications are now open for the Split Site Masters Program Cohort 10 for the 2026 to 2028 academic period.

This program is offered by the Ministry of Religious Affairs in collaboration with Australia Awards in Indonesia, Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya and the University of Canberra. The available fields of study are the Masters of English Language Education and the Masters of TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).

Selected awardees will undertake a two-year split-site study, spending one year at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya in Indonesia, followed by one year at the University of Canberra in Australia. Upon graduation, scholars will be awarded two Masters degrees from both institutions: Magister Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris and Masters of TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
