The course aims to develop the capacity of government officials to effectively implement gender mainstreaming in policy analysis, planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of government policies and programs in accordance with their respective duties, functions, and authority. Additionally, it will grow the network of gender equality advocates across government and civil society and demonstrate Australia’s increasing focus on gender equality – domestically and internationally.

This exclusive opportunity is targeted at Indonesian government ministries and agency staff at the national level with relevant roles in planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as members of civil society organisations with experience in supporting the implementation and monitoring of gender-related policy and regulation.
