How can improvisation techniques empower leaders to adapt in today’s dynamic business and policy environments? Join us for an engaging online lecture, ‘Off Script, On Point: Improvisation for Inspired Leadership’, delivered by Dr Jesse Olsen from The University of Melbourne, on Friday, 4 July 2025, from 1:45pm to 4:00pm (Jakarta time).
In this interactive session, participants will explore key principles from comedy improvisation, discovering how these techniques can enhance leadership and collaboration. Through a series of simple (and fun) improvisation activities, participants will gain first-hand experience before reflecting on how these principles can be effectively applied to leadership and teamwork in contemporary organisations.
This lecture is open to the public, with graduates and scholars of Australian tertiary institutions from Indonesia especially encouraged to participate. Please RSVP via this link by Wednesday, 2 July, to confirm your attendance. Attendees will receive an e-certificate in recognition of their participation.
