How can leadership create genuine belonging and ensure equity in increasingly diverse communities?
Australia Awards in Indonesia, in collaboration with Adelaide University, invites you to join the upcoming AAI Skills Development Session, ‘The Power of Inclusive Leadership: Creating Belonging and Equity in Diverse Communities’, delivered by Dr Vandana Arya on Thursday, 12 March 2026, from 2.00 PM – 4.00 PM (WIB) via Zoom.
In today’s interconnected world, leadership is no longer defined by authority alone. It requires empathy, authenticity and the ability to foster spaces where everyone feels valued. In this interactive session, Dr Arya will explore how inclusive and transformational leadership can strengthen communities, bridge cultural divides and empower individuals across diverse contexts.
Drawing on her experience as Program Director for Economics, Real Estate and Property programs at Adelaide University, as well as insights from the Graduate Leadership Framework, Dr Arya will share practical approaches to leading with purpose and impact. Participants will also learn from real-world examples of her research on financial literacy and digital inclusion among culturally and linguistically diverse communities in Australia.
