Join Our Lecture on ‘Employability Skills in the Age of Artificial Intelligence’

With the rapid rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI), how can we equip the next generation with the skills needed to stay competitive in an AI-driven world? Join us for an insightful online lecture, ‘Employability Skills in the Age of Artificial Intelligence’, by A/Prof. Prashan Karunaratne from Macquarie University, on Thursday, 24 April 2025, from 1:45 pm to 4:00 pm (Jakarta time).

While AI may enhance efficiency in knowledge-based tasks, long-term career success lies in developing transferable employability skills such as critical thinking, creativity, curiosity, empathy, and agility. A/Prof.  Prashan Karunaratne, an award-winning educator from Macquarie University, will explore how universities can go beyond knowledge transfer to nurture the essential skills required for the workforce of tomorrow.

This lecture is open to the public, with graduates and scholars of Australian tertiary institutions from Indonesia especially encouraged to participate.
