Now that vaccination access is increasing, infection rates are dropping and provinces are opening up, there are new things to think about: adjusting back to post-pandemic routines (and ditching our pyjamas), getting back into work in real life, commuting and driving our kids to school. To some of us adjusting back to pre-pandemic habits can be stressful. What about the uncertainty whether there will be another wave? In this eighth episode, our OzAlum Andi Baso Tombong, a lecturer at Hasanuddin University and Karina Negara, a young psychologist and co-founder of KALM Counselling share some tips for those of us needing a boost to get into the swing of things.
